Each training session lasts one hour and is purposefully structured.

 We begin with a focused dynamic warm-up and brief nervous system activation, followed by the primary lift or movement pattern that drives the main result for the day. This is the most important part of the session.

 Next, we incorporate accessory movements to support strength, balance, and durability, followed by a brief, purposeful cooldown. I value efficiency and believe training should be enjoyable, so your workouts will be both productive and engaging.
